How do I pay?

We take secure online payment by PayPal or Credit Card. For orders being collected in store you can pay with cash or by eftpos.

Unless paying in store, payments are taken as soon as the order is placed.

What is the returns policy?

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.

In the unfortunate event that a product has been damaged in transit, please Contact Us.

We must be advised within 48 hrs of delivery of damaged goods, or within 30 days of faulty products. We will advise you on methods for you to return the product to us. On receipt of the problem goods, we will immediately send a replacement if applicable.

To return unwanted goods we require immediate notification by phoning (08) 9221 5049. We will advise further instruction once notified. If the goods have already been dispatched, you may return the parcel unopened, however delivery fees are not refundable. Once received and in original condition we will be able to process a refund.

What are the shipping options?

ComicZone offers shipping to all areas of Australia using Australia Post.

When will I get my order?

Our mailing days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday (except public holiays). Parcels to most areas within the Perth Metro area should take up to 2 working days. Parcels to the rest of Australia can take between 2-10 working days to arrive at their destination.

International parcels take up to 10-14 working days.

Please note: All parcels are sent with tracking via Australia Post, unless additional postage services are requested. ComicZone will not be held responsible for any loss or damage unless the parcel is sent with Fully Insured Post. If you would like to have your order sent by one of these methods, please Contact Us. 

What if my order does not arrive?

If your order is still in transit but not yet delivered please contact AusPost with your tracking number ready, otherwise please Contact Us and we will see how we can help.

I received my order but something is wrong!

ComicZone rigorously checks orders before shipping but in the event that something is wrong please Contact Us straight away and we will fix the problem.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

Providing the order has not yet shipped please Contact Us straight away and we will advise if it is possible to make changes or cancellations.
